Q. How do you send me the money?
A. When you apply, you authorize us to
deposit the loan amount you requested into your checking
account via electronic transaction.
Q. Do I need collateral?
A. NO, because this is a Payday Loan,
your loan is secured with your next paycheck.
Q. How long does it take for me to receive
my loan once I apply?
A. Your loan will be deposited within
24 hours after we receive all of the information we require.
All loan application must go through a verification process.
If any additional information is needed we will contact
you via phone or email.
Q. How and when do I repay the loan?
A. Your loan request authorizes us to
electronically withdrawal the original loan amount and
applicable fees from your checking account on the determined
due date. Your due date is always the same day as your
next pay date. You do have the opportunity to extend your
loan until your next payday by paying a finance charge.
Q. Am I able to pay my loan back early?
A. Yes, you may repay your at anytime
before your due date without any penalty, however no part
of your financing fees will not be refunded.
Q. If I am unable to repay the loan
on the determined due date, can I extend or refinance
the amount unpaid?
A. Yes. We'll send the form for renewal
in the mail or via email. Sign the renewal form and fax
it to us 3 business days before your pay date, and we
will withdrawal the interest and any fees from your account
to defer the original loan until your next payday.
Q. How many times may I extend or renew
the loan?
A. You may extend or renew the loan as
many times as needed. We want to promote responsible lending
we recommend that after your third renewal you start paying
the renewal fee and 10% of the principal.
Q. What if I have poor credit or have
filed for Bankruptcy?
A. We do not conduct a credit check.
We depend on your job as your collateral.
Q. Is my transaction private?
A. YES! We utilize 100% secure SSL security for all our
input forms.
Q. Do I need Direct Deposit in order
to qualify for a loan?
A. Yes, We cannot process your loan without
direct deposit. You must have a minimum of $1000.00 in
deposits into your checking account in order to qualify.
Q. What if I have an outstanding payday
advance with another company?
A. NOT A PROBLEM !! We will be able to
loan you money. As long as you have less than $750.00
in outstanding loans, we will be able to process your
loan request.
Q. How much does a payday advance cost?
A. The interest rates on our loans may
vary; we'll give you the exact figures during the application
process
Q. How do I know the amount to be withdrawn
from my account is the amount you say?
A. Since we are authorized to use the
Federal Reserve Wire System, we must adhere to NACHA rules
and regulations.
Q. If sufficient funds will not be available
on the loan due date what should I do?
A. It is very important to contact us
immediately
Q. What about loans requested on the
weekend or Friday?
A. All approved Payday Loans that are
made Monday - Thursday by 12:00 PM (CST) will be in your
account the next business day. All applications received
Friday through Sunday will be treated as if they were
received on Monday.
Q. Can I request another loan when I
already have one loan outstanding?
A. You can only have one loan outstanding
with e-cashadvance.com. All prior loans must be paid
in full before we will approve a new loan.
